Flavors of lime, lemon tart, dried orange peel and dried yellow flowers open to reveal layers of dried apricot, spice and butter with just a hint of creamy oak. Long ageing potential.

Vinification: Sun-drying for 6-8 days. Slow fermentation for 40 - 60 days
Ageing: 23 years in French oak barrels. Ageing continues in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: Deep bronze colour. Full body. Captivating aromas of aromas of coffee beans, raisins, herbs, orange sweet preserve. Velvety palate with complexity and viscosity. The finish lingers with layers of dried and baked stone fruits, figs, chocolate and sweet spices.
