In collaboration with the renowned chef, Mr. Vasilis Zaharakis, we created hot and cold dishes with prime starting materials, made carefully and based on Greek cuisine with an emphasis on local agricultural products.
The result… A suis generis wine and gastronomic experience which goes hand in hand with the volcanic background: the cosmopolitan Santorini which lavishly offers products and tastes unique in the world.
